Meet the Host

The charismatic Tiffany Andrews joined Myrtle Beach Convention Center (MBCC) in fall of 2003. A marketer for 17 years, Tiffany has a BA in English Literature with a Minor in Communications from Fayetteville State University. She strives to push the envelope in creating unique convention center branding as it relates to group and leisure travel. As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, she is responsible for branding concepts, creative design, marketing plans, media placement both traditional and nontraditional, social media, and facilities promotional concepts from boardrooms to tradeshow floors. Tiffany says, “Know your market and understand your end user. In the World of Advertising, we are bombarded with so many different messages through various portals. I recognize that advertising content is discretionary, so at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center (MBCC) we focus on convenience.”

Outside the office, Tiffany’s favorite pastime is relaxing on her porch with her dog, pond turtles and fish, an array of wild birds like the Carolina Chickadee, and a red head hummingbird. She also uses her professional expertise to assist local and regional charities in fund raising and branding. Currently, she is the President for the American Advertising Federation of Coastal Carolinas an affiliate of the American Advertising Federation – a national organization that promotes excellence in advertising. She also volunteers to help 1st Graders in reading and 11th & 12th Graders in business/marketing. She serves as a Commissioner for Horry County Higher Education and a dedicated member of Loris High School Advisory Board. Tiffany’s most prize accomplishment is being available to help her mother when The Google is broken.
